WTS CRM Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 28, 2026

WTS CRM provides a business Sales CRM application for iOS, Android, and web users. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, retained, and protected when you use the WTS CRM app or access a tenant workspace.

The app is intended for business use by organizations and their authorized users. Your organization controls the workspace data that its users create, upload, manage, or share inside the service.

Information We Collect

We may collect account and profile information, including name, business email address, phone number, role, department, designation, account status, login history, password reset activity, and security activity.

We may collect CRM and workspace information, including leads, contacts, companies, accounts, deals, activities, follow-ups, notes, documents, files, assignments, audit history, and related business communications that users enter or upload.

We may collect device and usage information needed to operate and protect the service, including platform type, device notification token, IP address, user agent, session activity, security events, diagnostics, crash information, and approximate technical information.

If your organization configures optional integrations, we may process integration information related to connected business services, such as HubSpot, email, notification, or other CRM integrations.

The app does not intentionally collect precise device location unless a feature clearly asks for it and you grant permission. Business address and location fields may be entered manually as part of CRM records.

If voice dictation or voice note features are used, the app may request microphone or speech recognition permission to convert speech into text or notes. These permissions are used only for the related feature.

How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate users, manage tenant workspaces, enforce role-based permissions, maintain tenant isolation, and provide CRM features.

We use information to support lead management, activity tracking, reminders, notifications, imports, exports, dashboards, account and contact management, deal workflows, document handling, and related workspace operations.

We use information to send service-related notifications, including push notifications through Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging when enabled.

We use information to maintain security, prevent unauthorized access, detect misuse, troubleshoot issues, keep audit records, improve reliability, support customer service, and comply with legal or business obligations.

How Information Is Shared

Workspace data is available to authorized users within the same tenant workspace according to their assigned roles, permissions, and access scope.

We may share information with service providers that help operate the app, including cloud hosting, database, storage, email, analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, and notification providers. These providers are expected to protect information consistently with this policy.

If your organization enables an integration, information may be exchanged with that connected service according to the integration settings and the connected service provider policies.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate security incidents, or in connection with a business transfer.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-app behavioral advertising.

Security

The service uses authentication, role-based access control, tenant-scoped data access, audit logging, encryption-aware secret handling, and operational controls designed to protect business and personal information.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Users and administrators should use strong passwords, keep credentials private, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Data Retention And Deletion

Workspace data is retained while the tenant workspace remains active or as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain audit records, enforce agreements, and protect the service.

Authorized administrators may update, deactivate, archive, or delete certain records according to app features and organizational policies.

Users may request account deletion or data deletion from inside the app by going to Security Settings and choosing Request Account Deletion. Users may also contact their workspace administrator or WTS CRM support.

When a valid deletion request is approved, associated personal data will be deleted, anonymized, or retained only where required for legal, security, audit, compliance, or legitimate business purposes.

Your Choices

You may update certain profile details in the app or ask your workspace administrator to correct workspace records.

You may manage mobile push notification permissions through your iOS or Android device settings.

Authorized administrators may disconnect optional integrations when they have the required permissions.

You may request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion of personal information where applicable law provides those rights.

Children

WTS CRM is a business application and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International Processing

Information may be processed and stored in countries other than where you live or work. When information is transferred, we use appropriate operational, contractual, and security safeguards as required by applicable law.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the app, by email, or through your organization.
